Seeds Program
Our infant initiative is centered on giving personalized attention and care to every child. Our primary objective is for you, the parents, to experience peace of mind and heart, knowing your beloved baby’s needs are being attentively met. We warmly invite you to explore this program during your prearranged visit, where you’ll have the chance to engage with the Director and meet your child’s educator
Curriculum
Our seeds curriculum fosters self and world discovery through the Circle Learning Curriculum, emphasizing hands-on activities that support language growth and fine and gross motor skills, all while closely monitoring developmental milestones. Teachers in our nurturing environment are attuned to each child’s unique needs, adapting the daily routine to their developmental pace. Our customized approach includes constant caregiver interaction, age-appropriate games, exercises, and stories, fostering rapid growth during these vital first 18 months. At GI4L, every interaction is an opportunity for valuable enrichment and bonding, making each moment with your child both educational and affectionate.
Schedule & Routine
In the infant room, we cater to children “on demand,” ensuring immediate attention to their needs. Consistency is key, with arrival before 9:00 AM to prepare for a day filled with educational activities like story time and sensory exploration. Diaper changes and feedings occur every two hours or as needed or per parental guidance. All are meticulously documented to maintain a stable, nurturing routine for your child.
Necessary Items
- Two mini crib sheets
- Extra pacifier
- A couple of complete changes of clothes
- An extra bottle (other than their daily supply)
- One box of wipes
- One bag of diapers
- Ointments for diaper rash
- If your infant is on jar baby food or finger foods, you will need to supply their food and have all
finer foods prepared (Ex. cut into wedges, strips, etc.)

Sprouts & Buds Program
At the Grayson Institute for Learning’s Sprouts and Buds Program, we focus on delivering personalized care and attention, aiming to reassure you that your child is well looked after. From the moment of enrollment, a tour of our center, meeting the Director, and interactions with the classroom teachers will introduce you to our warm and nurturing environment. The pretoddler schedule offers a balance of play, creativity, exploration, learning, and rest, designed to be adaptable to the group’s evolving needs. Emphasizing self and world discovery, our program supports each child’s unique development journey through strong, caring relationships and tailored daily routines.

The first 24 months are a critical period of rapid development where we offer specialized attention and encouragement. Utilizing the Circle Learning Curriculum, our teachers design interactive experiences that include songs, stories, and themed lessons to promote educational growth. Sign language is introduced to enhance communication. Stimulating activities foster motor skills and bonding opportunities. The curriculum supports physical, intellectual, and emotional development, incorporating art, music, and movement, plus reading. We closely track developmental milestones, ensuring parents are informed. Enrichment is our focus, ensuring quality time is spent in every learning and play interaction.

We are not a facility that prepares meals at this point. Please send food that your child is developmentally able to eat. We do serve morning snacks and afternoon snacks that the center provides.

Blooms & Blossoms Program
In the Blooms and Blossoms classroom, your child will develop verbal, motor, and potty training skills, learn to interact in a group, explore their learning style, and understand their unique purpose. Catering to older two-year-olds and young three-year-olds, this environment fosters friendship-building, group activities, and preparation for Pre-K. Our teachers, selected for their nurturing abilities, create a supportive environment promoting independence, a positive self-image, and enthusiasm for learning. Our philosophy stresses individual readiness over age, enhancing social interaction, creativity, and exploration. Each day promises a new adventure!

Daily Reports
To involve parents in their child’s daily activities, we use the Daily Report for a quick overview of the day. Additionally, children will bring home a Communication Folder containing a monthly calendar, daily sheets, and weekly work and creations, facilitating two-way communication between parents and teachers/school. The Procare system further supports parent-teacher communication. The calendar in the Communication Folder outlines the color, shape, and weekly themes being learned, along with upcoming activities and events, allowing parents to update their personal calendars accordingly, all accessible through the ProCare communication system.

Petals Program
In our Pre-K classroom, your child will engage in activities fostering preparedness for Kindergarten, group participation, understanding of their learning style, and the importance of friendships, all within a caring environment aimed at promoting independence, self-esteem, and a love for learning. Our approach focuses on individual developmental readiness over age, emphasizing social, creative, and exploratory learning opportunities. Upon enrolling, you’ll tour our facilities and meet the Director and your child’s teachers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our Pre-K environment. Pre-K is a busy place. Arrival before 9:00 AM is required in order to ensure your child is present for the educational lessons scheduled.

After evaluating various options, we’ve chosen the Learning Without Tears Curriculum for its interactive approach that aligns with our educational goals. The Pre-Kindergarten Program balances academic learning, play, and exploration with a daily schedule that includes circle time, meeting times, and outdoor play. Students engage in both structured academic centers (like language arts and mathematics) and open centers (such as the library and dramatic play). We emphasize music, movement, art, literature, and cultural awareness daily. Lessons are tailored in both group settings to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, enriching learning with hands-on activities that focus on academic readiness and social development.

Pre-Kindergarten Objectives
While academic excellence remains a priority, we place equal emphasis on the cultivation of social, emotional, and spiritual faculties that are integral to everyday life. Explore the following list to understand our annual objectives better:

Every day, the students will have a morning Bible Lesson. They will be introduced to scripture both visually and auditorily. The lessons will work towards an understanding of how God loves them and has a plan for their lives.
